Acquisition of Transcanal SRL
 
On 27th of September 2011 Helogistics Holding GmbH became majority shareholder of the Romanian inland navigation company Transcanal SRL and thus enlarged its CEE-Portfolio.

After completing the transaction Helogistics Holding holds now 77,6% of the shares of Transcanal SRL.
